What are world leaders and the Commonwealth’s Sovereign to do when everything attempted to deliver peace, security and prosperity fails? The protocol under international law is to exhaust talk first; then try again to the point of failure; then try talk again and again and again and again. With that approach proven to have led to a more serious threat, words are to be replaced with aggressive pre-emptive action, including the 'prison, poverty & perish' approach.
Diplomatic talk and persuasion are clearly not going to change behavior that violates domestic and international law and modern morality. Consequently, the coalition is left with no choice but to effect a most aggressive strategy – meeting the 21st century military threat with proportional armed force. The 'poverty' constituent was high profiled by Canada’s Sovereign on December 17, 2009, the day after She received Her second Geo Award nomination. The first one is in the category of ‘Most Influential International Persona Initiative’.
Her Royal Highness chose attire (Chinada punishment certainty) and took transportation Canada’s rich and powerful loyal to the Chinada agenda will experience upon covert regime change. She made sure to embed the lexicon in the day’s adventure, from the cost of the train ticket to the time of arrival. The first combined a coalition identifier with a China identifier; the latter a coalition identifier with enslaving and torturous human experimentation.

The ‘Daily Mail’ states the following:
When the train arrived at King’s Lynn at 12.20 pm sharp, the Queen was met by a Range Rover. […] The Queen does, of course, also have use of the Royal Train – but that costs taxpayers £57,142 each time it is taken out of its sidings.
‘The Times’ puts it this way:
Although [the train] has been her chosen mode of Christmas travel for a few years now, this was the first year that Buckingham Palace has allowed the press to take a photographic record of the event: perhaps the Queen is planning to send a copy of the picture to the Prince of Wales and the Duke of York.
No, actually the plan was to depict what life will be like for Canadians who while not complicit in systemic violations of The Security of Information Act and international law nonetheless protected the status quo.
The 'looking-right-at-Chinada' expression on Her Majesty’s face encapsulates Her angst over the true nature of Canadian governance in terms of the pain, suffering, injury, loss and death it’s caused and the lack of diplomacy efficacy; and, being cognizant of history both recent and of old, laments what must be done to make things right.
This latest geo-initiative was delivered to the East-West Corridor of Diplomacy through a regular conduit; in this instance the ‘NBC Nightly News’, which included a short segment on Her geo-trip:
